Further information: Others modifications which are not listed may also be used, but the performance may differ from the tuning guide, Milltek exhausts shouldn't be used on the 4WD A3. Decat or 100/200 cell sports cats can be used as long as they're from the listed brands, cheap sports cats will hinder power such as Gravity. Wellycooler setup can be used stage 2+ and 3, S3 8P alloy intercooler can be used stage 2 and 2+, a new AC condensor should be fitted at the same time.

A new AC condensor should be fitted at the same time of fitting a replacement intercooler. Anti surge K04 turbos can be fitted for stage 2+ tuning to maximise low down performace, if you've already got a healthly turbo there are minimal peak performance gains, but huge low to mid range gains.
